The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and conveniently located, but the room lacked a microwave and sufficient counter space, which was a bit frustrating. A few minor updates would enhance the experience of staying here.

It was pretty and we would come here again. We had a tasty breakfast with gravy, three foods and meat served.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and it had a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets, that's cool. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was savoury with a lot offood. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, relatively near Lahaye Ice Center.

If your gay-friendly, your most likely not God-friendly so if I am ever back in Lynchburg I will stay somewhere else.

My stay was quite comfortable with clean rooms and a good breakfast. I had to deal with a stressful situation moving my daughter, but the staff was really helpful and accommodating about her service animal. Just a heads up, the room layout was a bit awkward without much space for our belongings, which was different from what I expected from the photos.

Strongly recommend for a brief hiatus

Comfortable room, convenient location, with a fitness centre for a refreshing workout and a cute atmosphere, made my short stay enjoyable.

The room was super clean and comfy, with a nice shower, fridge, TV, and a tea/coffee maker. There was also a desk and radio. Breakfast was decent, loved the coffee and juice. Staff was really nice and helpful, especially with my daughter's service animal. Great location near shopping and Liberty.

Excellent place with free internet access, 24-hour reception, and pet-friendly policies. I still remember when the staff helped me find my lost car keys during my first stay. Highly recommend for a cozy escape!

The location was ideal for our large family trip, and the breakfast spread was a hit with the kids. We especially appreciated the spacious Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, which gave us the comfort we needed. Sonja's help on the phone made the reservation process smooth, too.

My kids wished for a pool to enjoy on our downtime. It could really elevate the family experience here.

Our family enjoyed a cozy stay with comfortable beds and friendly staff members. The breakfast was basic but well-stocked. Don't miss out on the nearby restaurants. We loved exploring the local dining options! Be sure to check the fitness room, though it's small, it's clean and functional.

The warm tones and inviting decor throughout the Sleep Inn Lynchburg, University Area & Hwy 460. The staff was very attentive.

More accessible common areas for socializing would be nice.
